Drainiac Pipe Relining - See How it Works

At Drainiac Plumbing we have been using new drain relining technology. This technology heavily reduces the amount of digging up. Your damaged pipes could be under concrete, tiling, pavers, or a nice garden that you do not want destroyed. By repairing pipes with drain relining it can be much more cost effective and efficient.

1st Stage:

We inspect and locate any damaged pipes with a CCTV camera.

We determine the best solution to solve the problem and explain options.

2nd Stage:

We then use a high pressure water jetter to clean the inside of pipe free from any debris, grease or silt and prepare it for relining.

The resin is mixed in two parts and the fibre glass liner is coated before wrapping it on the packer.

The packer is inserted to the problem area and checked with CCTV camera for positioning.

We inflate the packer with air and allow resin to set (amount of time depends on weather conditions and resin used).

The packer is deflated and removed, followed by another CCTV inspection of patch installed.

The equipment Drainiac uses is considered a structural repair, and the patched area is now like new, stronger then it has been before. This is a leading edge and to the advantage of our customers. It can be used straight away.
