Most plumbers never respond to anything. He came at confirmed time. He took off his shoes before entering my house! Amazing. "What a refreshingly wonderful experience to have a plumber attend to an urgent blocked drain on the central coast quickly and arrive on time and not overcharge. Ben was very efficient as he jetted the blockage and then using his pipe camera showed me where the issue was that was causing the blockage. "After building a brand new home the concretor laying our pathways pierced & crushed several pipes that later caused a lot of chaos & anxiety for us. Ben was recommended to us from another plumber for his honesty & skill detecting leaks using CC camera & detector technology. Although committed to similar jobs at various locations he made time to hear our dilemma. He diagnosed & repaired our problem quickly. In addition, the report he prepared for an NCAT hearing (requesting reimbursement for damages from the concretor), was vital in the success in our case.
